Green Bean Bundles

Ingredients:

  • 2 small apples, ground

  • 2 cans green beans or frozen green beans, cooked until tender

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • ½ cup vinegar

  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard or 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together, except for bacon and green beans.  Take 10 to 12 green beans, wrap with ½ piece of bacon and toothpick together and place in casserole dish.  Pour liquid mixture over wrapped green beans and place in casserole dish. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes, covered then uncover and bake 30 minutes.
