Ham Salad Roll Ups

Ingredients:

1 cup ground baked ham

1 Tablespoon minced parsley

2 teaspoons pickle relish or french dressing*

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Pie Crust for wrapping

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients but the pie crust, but do not have the mixture too runny. It should be just moist enough to hold together. Roll the dough into thin 5 x 10 rectangles. Spread ham salad over the center of each, leaving about ½ inch bare all around it. Roll up like a jelly roll. Cut into ½ inch slices, place on an ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart, and bake in a 450° oven for 10-12 minutes or until crust browns. Serve at once.
