Baked Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

6 large baked potatoes

1 bunch green onions, chopped

1 ½ cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Paprika

4 cups of sour cream

1 ½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Peel baked potatoes and cut into cubes. Combine all ingredients except paprika in a greased casserole dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight or 3 hours. When ready to eat, sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350℉ for 30 minutes.
