This tasty fall treat was inspired by the beloved and whimsical world of Harry Potter. Although our recipe doesn't use magic, you'll think it does when you take a sip. You'll find many versions of this drink, hot and cold, but this is the version that Cypress tried. Have a better recipe you'd like to share? 1 quart butter brickle or vanilla ice cream

1/4 cup butterscotch syrup

32 ounces of your favorite cream soda (we used root beer)

Place 4 (16 ounces) glasses in freezer and chill at least 20 minutes. Mix ice cream and cream soda in a blender until combined. Divide between the frosted glasses. Top each glass with whipped cream, if desired
