Sausage Balls

Ingredients:

1 lb shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

1 lb uncooked hot Williams sausage

3 cups Bisquick

Directions:

In large saucepan, heat together cheese and sausage.  Stir with a wooden spoon until cheese has melted. Remove from heat; stir in biscuit mix until smooth.  Form into balls, about 1 inch in diameter; place on baking sheets (not insulated). Bake at 425 degrees for about 8-10 minutes.  Remove and serve warm. These freeze well. When frozen, place in a warm oven to heat.
