Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients:

4 boxes broccoli spears or 2 large heads broken up

1 stick butter

½  medium onion

1 roll garlic cheese

1 can cream of mushroom soup

Topping:

1 stack pkg. Ritz crackers

1 stick butter, melted

Directions:

Cook broccoli, follow directions on package for frozen broccoli spears or steam 2 large heads of broccoli. Layer in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.  Saute butter and onion, add garlic cheese and cream of mushroom soup. Heat until cheese melts. Pour over broccoli. Crush 1 stack Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter.  Crumble over cheese and broccoli. Bake at 250 for 30-35 minutes.
