Lucianne's Black Bean and Corn Salsa

½ onion, chopped

1 jalapeno, deveined, seeded, and sliced

3 cloves garlic, peeled

Add to food processor, chop for about 30 seconds

1 large can diced or crushed tomatoes (RedGold is really good!)

1 small can green chiles

1 teaspoon honey

½ cup cilantro leaves

Salt, to taste

Juice of ½ lime (ish - more or less to taste)

Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor, blend for about 30 seconds or a little more - you choose the consistency

Meanwhile, open a can of whole kernel corn, pop it into the microwave for about a minute or so, remove and drain.  Open and rinse a can of black beans, add to the corn, then pour the salsa mixture over and mix.

Serve with chips!
