Bacon Wrapped Crackers

Ingredients:

Town House crackers

½ pound of bacon (Thick Slab is great)

Cubed cheese - your favorite variety

Toothpicks

Directions:

Cut bacon strips into 3 pieces, wrap a piece around a cracker and secure with a toothpick. Repeat until you fill up a cookie sheet. Leave a little room between the crackers as the bacon loses a lot of fat. Bake at 350* for about 20-30 minutes or until the bacon is done. Remove from the oven and place a halved cheese cube onto the cracker top. If you want, you may secure it by pushing it on the toothpick. Be careful, but it’s better to do it while they are hot, the cheese melts just a little and creates a really yummy taste.
