Sausage Dip


1lb mild (or spicy) sausage

1 can Rotel tomatoes and pepper

2 8-oz packages cream cheese (aka 1lb)


In a Dutch oven over high heat, dump in all sausage. Cook until golden brown. Without removing sausage or draining the grease, add can of Rotel to deglaze. Once incorporated, add all cream cheese. Melt until incorporated. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
